In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "45ph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 45ph online casino platform, operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight and accessible at 45ph.club.
• "Platform" means the 45ph website, all associated game lobbies, the sportsbook, and any services offered through 45ph.club.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered account holder who uses the 45ph Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the 45ph Platform, tied to verified personal information.
• "Balance" or "Player Balance" means the amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) funds currently held in a Player's 45ph Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission and review of government-issued identification and supporting documents.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).

By accessing the 45ph Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 45ph with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 45ph Platform and close your Account.

Use of the 45ph Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law as enforced by PAGCOR. Providing false information about your age is a violation of these Terms and applicable Philippine law.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and legal persons may not register as Players.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 45ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of playing real-money games on the Platform.
• You have not been self-excluded from 45ph or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform and are not currently serving an active exclusion period.
• You are not suffering from or being treated for gambling addiction, or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

To access real-money features of the 45ph Platform, you must register a Player Account. You agree to the following terms governing Account registration and management:

Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the 45ph Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended and any associated Balance may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate Account has been opened fraudulently using your information, contact 45ph support immediately.

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 45ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. Notify 45ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may request to close your 45ph Account at any time by contacting 45ph support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable verification checks. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

45ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before applying certain deposit limits or bonuses. The KYC process may require submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or national ID).
• Proof of Age: Date of birth must be clearly visible on submitted identity documents, confirming you are 21 years or older.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your current residential address, dated within the last 90 days.
• Payment Method Verification: For GCash or Maya withdrawals, the registered mobile number must match your 45ph Account mobile number. Bank withdrawals require account name matching.

45ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of the request may result in Account restriction or closure. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours during business days.

All deposits and Account funding at 45ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 45ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to their individual terms and transaction limits:

• GCash and Maya (PayMaya) — E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. The GCash or Maya mobile number must be registered in your name and match your 45ph Account details.
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) — Bank deposits are processed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. Overnight or holiday transfers may take longer.
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ — Over-the-counter cash deposits processed within 30 minutes of successful CLiQQ transaction confirmation.
• Coins.ph — Processed within the standard Coins.ph processing timeframe, typically within 15 minutes.
• USDT TRC20 — Cryptocurrency deposits are credited in PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction confirmation. Crypto transactions are irreversible; incorrect wallet addresses are the Player's responsibility.

The minimum deposit on 45ph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits. Deposit limits set by the Player through responsible gaming tools take precedence over general platform limits.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any third-party deposit identified will result in the funds being returned and possible Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests from your 45ph Account Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier and verified Account status.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in your available withdrawal balance.
• 45ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 30 minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank.

45ph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details accessible in your 45ph Account dashboard. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified per promotion — unexpired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited at the end of the period.

45ph monitors Player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering primarily on excluded games, using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising risk, or using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion. 45ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

Welcome and first-deposit bonuses are available once per Player and once per household (as identified by shared IP address, device, or payment method). 45ph reserves the right to disqualify bonus claims where it reasonably determines that a Player or household has attempted to claim a new-player bonus more than once.

45ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required. Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of modification will be honoured under their original terms unless there is evidence of fraud or misrepresentation.

All casino games available on the 45ph Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, Bingo rooms, Plinko, and Coin games — operate under the following fairness and game conduct terms:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on 45ph use certified RNG software that has been independently tested to ensure truly random and unpredictable game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios with professional dealers following documented dealing and shuffle procedures subject to ongoing oversight.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for slot games are theoretical long-term values based on certified game mathematics. Actual results in any given session will vary.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 45ph's recorded game data will be used to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be fairly resolved, all stakes for that round will be refunded.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially concluded will be void. 45ph's server timestamp is the authoritative record of bet placement timing.

45ph does not guarantee that any Player will win or will not incur losses. All outcomes are determined by certified fair game mechanics and chance. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes — each round is independent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 45ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action where applicable under Philippine law:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or making fraudulent claims to 45ph.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or tournament formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence betting systems, or any software that interacts with the 45ph Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Technical Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not valid.
• Money Laundering: Using the 45ph Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 45ph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and will report suspicious transactions as required by law.
• Multi-Account Operation: Opening or using more than one Account on the 45ph Platform, whether directly or through a third party.

45ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or cooperation with law enforcement investigations.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, following prior notice to the registered email address.
• Where 45ph is required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction from PAGCOR, or other applicable legal obligation.

In cases of Account termination due to Player breach, 45ph reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not associated with fraudulent activity will generally be returned to the original payment method following investigation, subject to applicable processing fees and anti-money laundering requirements.

45ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated session duration notifications can be configured to alert you after a specified period of play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net balance change during active play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days, up to permanent). During self-exclusion, your Account is suspended, you will not receive promotional communications, and you cannot override the exclusion before its expiry.
• Cooling-Off Period: A shorter Account pause of 24 hours to 7 days, designed for Players who wish to take a temporary break without permanent exclusion.

All content on the 45ph Platform — including but not limited to the 45ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, promotional materials, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 45ph or its licensed game and content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 45ph Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 45ph Platform without prior written authorisation from 45ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 45ph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the 45ph Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated gaming outcomes resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or system maintenance periods.
• Damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently updated or corrected.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to protect your login credentials.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays in processing or technical failures outside of 45ph's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits 45ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. In any event, 45ph's aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising between a Player and 45ph shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation and the 45ph internal complaints process, initiated by contacting 45ph support via live chat or email at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints against licensed online gaming operators.

For unresolved disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

45ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the 45ph Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by a regulatory obligation or court order.

Continued use of the 45ph Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendments take effect.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, is always the controlling version. Previous versions are archived and available on request.
